After swimming in the ocean i got these faint orange spots all over my body?

I was with 2 other people in the water and nethier one of them had it. It stay for about 15-20 min and then started to slowly fade away it wasn't itchy but it was EVERYWHERE. It looked like someone came up to me and doted me with an orange pen all over i didnt swim thru anything and i was only in the water for about 10-15min.
