Which Xbox 360 games/content should i get? 10 points for best answer!?

I would get Forza Motorsport 3, my next option would be Spiderman, then 2k11. I wouldn't get the map pack since it's only for multiplayer and when the game has run out of it's online appeal there won't be anyone to play with and the map packs will be useless. Buying a full game is better.
