He's Looking Up Another Women Online (Obsessively)?

I would confront him but that's me. I would very calmly tell him that I know he likes her and have NO issues with that, make this very clear from the beginning. But explain to him that it's a little creepy that he looks her up so much. Ask him why he wants to know so much about her. Is it just curiosity or something else? Could it be work related? Just have a talk with him.
