You could ever make it very casual if you don't want to come off as too serious and just say sowhat do you think of me? nudge her, if she blushes she definetly likes you or stumbles on her words or stalls because she likes you and is debating wether o rnot to tell you :] just ASK! and if shes like nah you can brush it off and say you think your pretty amazing and go on with your life without humiliation and if she says yes koodos to you! :D
