i don't think he would cheat on you. you are the mother of his child. and he knows how much it sucks to be cheated on. he probably masturbates because you are pregnant, or passed a baby through you, it takes a while. if i was in your shoes... well i don't know, I'm a guy, but i don't think you have anything to worry about.
