Finding it so hard to relax with my new boyfriend because of my past....advice please?

Might be worth mentioning that you've had a couple of bad experiences but don't scare him off. If he cares he will understand. If he can't get to grips with it, then maybe he is not the one for you. However, he sounds mature so try and take it easy and see where it all leads.
