Something that had been appearing on my face?

there are these little white dotes that appear on my face. really wired. you cant squeeze them. and they are not black heads. its kinda scaring me, i might have to go to the skin doctor! maybe its caused by to much sun? i have had it for like a year... anyone have any idea what it is???
