There is something wrong.?

OK. I'm going to start From the Beginning 2 give u the best view of the situation, about 3 years ago i lost my virginity, everything was fine. me and the girl broke up cause she moved away and as bad as it sounds i had sex with her friend and ended up dating for about a month, during that month nothing went wrong but the last time i had sex something weird happened like some sort of discharge. a few days later me and my ex got back together and i went to go see her, we had sex. 2 days later i was in the shower when i noticed that under the foreskin of my penis it seemed like my skin was peeling. i simply washed it away. ( i shower 1once if not 2 times a day.) over the course of another few months every time it got worse and worse. being young and shy about this i never said anything. it got to the point when my penis was actually starting to get torn. very painful could not have sex. my girlfriend noticed this as well for we couldn't have sex shortly after we broke up. now its 2 -3 years later. i have moved started a new life as an adult working and renting my own apt. i meet up with this girl after all this time and we just have sex 4 days ago on day 2 it came back! her vagina does not have an odor to it but yet in the days after mine began to peel again and the odor is to say the least. horrible. prior to this there was not odor. i believe that ever this is came from her friend years ago who has now moved across the country in NM. ( odor, peeling under foreskin some sort of red dotes that go away when i leave it alone.) PLEASE HELP ME
