Who made spiderman's costume?

i've always wondered! in the first movie, he just wears crappy regular clothes to that wrestling thing, but then after wards he has his awesome official spiderman outfit. i doubt it but did he make it himself? or did someone else do it? i would think it would have to be someone he trusts because they would obviously know where to send it to / who would be requesting it and who would really keep that quiet? ughhh idk.
